Customer Agreement

Welcome to JAD, the platform that allows you to easily access a wide range of event service providers. Before using our services, please read this agreement carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions that govern your relationship with the platform, how you interact with service providers, and your experience in finding the right services for your needs.

1. Definitions

 • JAD: An online platform that connects customers with service providers, acting as an intermediary to facilitate access to required services.

 • Customer: Any person using the JAD platform to search for event service providers.

 • Service Provider: Individuals or companies registered on the platform to offer event services.

 • Agreement: The terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Platform Usage Experience

 • JAD provides an easy way for customers to compare offers from service providers, helping them make informed decisions.

 • The platform acts as a digital intermediary to facilitate communication but does not provide services itself and bears no responsibility for quality or execution.

 • JAD assumes no financial or contractual obligations on behalf of any party, as all agreements are made directly between customers and service providers.

 • JAD is not responsible for any agreements or disputes arising between the customer and the service provider.

3. Customer Responsibilities

 • Customers must provide accurate information when registering and submitting requests.

 • Customers should communicate directly with the service provider to determine service details, including pricing and payment methods.

 • Customers must ensure that the service meets their expectations before confirming the request.

 • Payment to the service provider must be completed directly without JAD’s involvement.

 • The account may not be used for any illegal purposes or in violation of JAD’s policies.

4. Submitting Requests & Booking Services

 • Customers can submit a request for the desired service, which will be sent to a limited number of selected service providers (up to 5 providers per request).

 • Customers have the freedom to compare offers and negotiate directly with the most suitable service provider.

 • All bookings and financial arrangements are handled independently between the customer and the service provider.

5. Cancellation & Modifications Policy

 • Customers may cancel a request before it is confirmed by the service provider without any obligations.

 • After confirmation, cancellation or modification is subject to the service provider’s terms.

 • JAD is not responsible for cancellation fees or any financial consequences resulting from modifying or canceling a request.

6. Payment & Pricing System

 • The service price is determined through direct negotiation between the customer and the service provider, with no interference from JAD.

 • All payments are made directly between the customer and the service provider.

 • JAD does not process any payments and holds no financial responsibility.

7. Ratings & Reviews

 • Customers can review and rate service providers after completing a request, provided the reviews are fair and objective.

 • JAD reserves the right to review or remove any inappropriate or offensive reviews.

8. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

 • JAD respects customer privacy and does not share their data with external parties without consent.

 • Some information may be used internally to improve services or provide personalized marketing offers.

9. Customer Support Role

 • JAD provides technical and guidance support to assist customers in using the platform.

 • JAD’s support does not intervene in disputes between customers and service providers.

 • Customers can share feedback about their experience through the support section.

10. Legal Liability Limitations

 • JAD is an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers and does not guarantee the quality of services provided.

 • Any agreement between the customer and the service provider is a direct arrangement between the two parties.

 • JAD encourages customers to verify all service details before making a final decision.

11. Reporting Issues & Complaints

 • JAD provides a mechanism for customers to submit feedback or complaints regarding their experience with service providers.

 • The platform strives to offer support within reasonable limits but is not a party to any commercial disputes.

12. Modifications to the Agreement

 • JAD reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time based on market requirements or local regulations.

 • Customers will be notified of any changes via email or in-platform notifications.

 • Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms.

13. Disclaimer of Liability

 • JAD bears no responsibility for the quality of services provided or for financial or legal obligations arising between the parties.

 • Customers and service providers are responsible for verifying terms and details before finalizing any agreement.

 • JAD does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by service providers.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

 • This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

 • In case of any disputes, parties are encouraged to resolve them amicably. If resolution is not possible, the matter may be referred to the competent judicial authorities.

15. Agreement Acceptance

By using the JAD platform, you agree to all the above terms and conditions and acknowledge that all agreements are made directly between you and the service providers.
