Welcome to Jad, the online platform that enables you to easily connect with clients seeking event-related services. Please read this Agreement carefully, as it outlines the terms and conditions governing your relationship with the Platform and the manner in which you provide your services through it.

Definitions of the Parties

Jad: An online platform that connects service providers with clients to facilitate access to required services.
Service Provider: The individual or entity that offers its services through the Platform to clients seeking such services.

Obligations of the Service Provider

● Provide high-quality services in accordance with the details agreed upon with the client and adhere to the specified timelines.
● Reach direct agreement with the client regarding service details, pricing, and payment method without any intervention from Jad.
● Bear full responsibility for delivering the service in accordance with the agreements concluded with the client.
Compliance with Professional Standards: The Service Provider must deliver services in line with best practices and recognized professional standards within their field.

Credit System (Financial Model)

Usage Mechanism: Jad operates on a credit-based system as a means of using the Platform, whereby credits are used to access client requests and communicate with them.
Minimum Requirement: Prior to contacting clients, the Service Provider must top up their wallet with at least the minimum required credit amount.
Credit Top-Up: The Service Provider may add credit to their account using the payment methods available on the Platform.
Credit Withdrawal Policy: Credits may be refunded in cash or via transfer by contacting our customer support team.

Role of Customer Support

Technical Support: Jad provides technical assistance and responds to inquiries related to the use of the Platform to ensure a smooth and efficient user experience.
Non-Intervention in Disputes: Jad does not intervene in disputes or payment processes between the client and the Service Provider. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the two parties.
Complaint Handling Policy: In the event a complaint is submitted against a Service Provider, it will be reviewed and forwarded to the Service Provider, who will be given 48 hours to respond before any further action is taken.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

Protection of Client Privacy: The Service Provider is obligated to protect client privacy and must not use client data for any purpose outside the scope of service delivery.
Use of Data: Client data must be used solely for the execution of the requested services and must not be shared with any third party without the client’s explicit consent.

Ratings and Reviews

Client Ratings: The Service Provider has the right to rate clients after service completion, contributing to an improved user experience and providing valuable insights to other Service Providers.
Credibility: Ratings and reviews must be honest, reflect the actual experience, and be presented objectively and professionally.
Right of Reply: The Service Provider has the right to respond to negative reviews in a professional and transparent manner.

Disclaimer of Liability

Limitation of Jad’s Liability: Jad shall not be responsible for any dispute or issue arising between the client and the Service Provider and does not provide compensation for any losses resulting from such disputes.
Service Provider Liability: The Service Provider bears full responsibility for the services they provide and must directly address any complaints or claims arising from those services.

Account Suspension or Termination Policy

Jad reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service Provider’s account in the following cases:
     ○ Providing misleading or inaccurate information.
     ○ Receiving repeated complaints without taking corrective action.
     ○ Failure to comply with established standards or breach of this Agreement.
     ○ Attempted fraud or misuse of the Platform.

Applicable Laws

Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Service Provider agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when providing their services.

Term and Amendments

● This Agreement shall remain in effect as long as the Service Provider continues to use the Platform.
● Jad reserves the right to amend this Agreement in accordance with market requirements or local laws.
● Service Providers will be notified of any updates via email or Platform notifications.
● Continued use of the Platform following any amendments shall constitute implicit acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance of the Agreement

By using the Jad Platform and providing your services through it, you agree to all the terms and conditions stated above and acknowledge that your relationship with clients is direct and without intervention from Jad, which acts solely as an intermediary to facilitate communication between the parties.
